Traverse is an open movement workshop for all movers & artists -
Sign up through website or walk-in are welcomed !
Doors open at 6:30pm, come enjoy the art space, music and settle into the space. A group warm up will start at 7pm followed by movement exploration and then into the freestyle exploration. *more info & sign up form on the freestyle exploration is in the link below! Ending the event with a guided movement class and cool down and a sound bath to close out.
This is open to all artists. We welcome each area of the arts. Option to participle in the movement or to watch, study and support.
