About the event
Join us for a morning of movement, breath-work, meditation and a sound bath. Followed by an afternoon of live music, yummy food, wine(optional), massages, energy healing and connection. We will also have homemade natural products and artwork by local Nevada artists! Come as you are. This is open to all, no matter if your new to yoga or meditation. This is about coming together, slowing down and practicing the art of relaxation.
Free will offering - Here at TheSynergyOfUs we are practicing Equal Energy Exchange. As there are lots of ways to give and receive to each other in our own authentic/creative way. In this, we are meeting each other equally with what we can give and offer right now.
Bring a yoga mat or towel - We will have extra mats and blocks if needed
Feel free to bring a blanket, pillow or anything you like for your practice
